Lady at the counter, was very unfriendly. She didn't really know how to work the card machine, I tried to tell her she needs to insure the chip of the card needs to tap the screen she did not want to listen and had an attitude. Will not go back there again.
I visited the store for help for my wife who just gave birth and needed assistance with lactation. The two ladies at the back of the store looked at me like I was an imbecile after I asked for assistance to promote breastfeeding. I had to change my words to ask for help with lactation for wife. Even then I could not get a response from the two. At the third attempt then only they mention a product which I had on my shopping list already. No question not even" can we help you with something else". I had to ask my mother in law to see if they can help us with that last item on out list as I could see that they made a judgment that we are not there type of clientele. I will never visit this store and will make it a point when they appear on radio 786 to inform them of their unfriendliness. So disgusted in this store who wants to help people but are so judgemental.
As a doctor I will always support this shoppe. I always maintain that alternative therapy is a misnomer. Rather, as an alternative, it's the natural form of medicament which holds the true key to health. Mr. Banderker deserves recognition--because this is what I truly envision to be the face of health bearing a beacon of untapped knowledge our future doctors need to be taught.
Great shop offering variety of health related products...well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Do bear in mind cost per item is much higher than average .
Lady on the floor was helpful and nice, lady at the counter clearly didn't want to be there.
Very knowledgeable staff, friendly service, great pricing!
Personal service from the owner ..... staff are friendly courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
