Last night we attended a Juicing and Smoothie Workshop with the ever lovely Michelle Mace. What a super and supportive way to start my detox. Her recipes are simple and delicious!! I am actually excited for this detox now. A fresh juice is going to help those mad food cravings, and the fact that I can legally put (raw) chocolate into my smoothies, whilst on detox, makes the world a better place.
