Natural Health Centre

I went for a job interview here and they offered me a trial day and they said the interview went well. Afterward they offered me a job but then I didn't hear from them. Two weeks later they said they're more interested in having a business partnership. I waited for the meeting but it did not happen, they requested a business plan which I sent but I still did not hear anything, I chased them up but they had changed their mind. They messed me around a lot especially when I had been guaranteed from them a job/ income. They didn't deliver anything when it came down to it. They act like they are superior to everyone because they sell health foods. They are completely unprofessional and absolute time wasters- stay away!

My first visit to this store as never needed supplements before. Very well stocked little shop of wonders. The young lady at the til was very sweet. Will definitely be back.

I have previously supported The Surbiton Natural Health Centre for more than a decade. A sales assistant rudely shouted at me and then snatched the item I was about to purchase out of my hand. Judging by the google reviews the Surbiton Natural Heath Centre sales staff attitude has not improved since then therefore I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I loved the products and have spent alot of money in this store, however the staff are patronizing and miserable on many occasions. I wanted to give the shop another chance so went in to ask for advice about vitamins, the staff member was rude and seemed like she wanted to argue. Sadly they have just lost a regular customer.

I visited this shop at one of my random visits to Surbiton. Went in just out of curiosity to look at the products. A member of staff who seemed to be someone in charge engaged in conversation and we discussed some multivitamins for children. She was giving helpful information but after I refused to purchase the product, she became very rude trying to make me feel bad for listening to her ‘ advice’ and not buying anything. Absolutely shocking and inappropriate behaviour! Such a shame as this shop looked like a really interesting place with some really good products, but with members of staff possibly a manager? with such a wrong attitude, I very much doubt that many customers will be returning. There are some very strong competitors out there too.

I specifically searched for a store near me like this. Found two very nice ladies offering to help without being pushy which was great, got what I wanted BUT shame that the person taking my hard earned pennies and it's a treat for myself to shop at these places as not cheap didn't have a good attitude; not customer friendly at all, no smile, no thank you or goodbye. Not sure I'll be going back. Shame.

Very unfriendly and controlling manager. I have been coming to this store for many years, since it is my local store. I come in with my 5 year old and he likes to lookat productsand ask questions. He just gets his hand on something and the mamager just lost it! She quickly jumped up and said ‘dont touch that’! It absolutely infuriated me! This was not the first tome she acted this way! For a holistic and health store having a nervous wreck for a manager is nothing more than frustration for the customers. I have always pardoned this behaviour if its once or teice for human beings have bad and good days but every time I wall in there she is cold and rude! Not helpful. I wish to make a complaint to the owner about this situation. Since I have referred many clients to this store.

Very unfriendly manager. In the good old days these shops were the mainstay of local practitioners. Nowadays, ‘We have our own Osteopath!’ Not considering that what an Alexander Teacher does is very different. In fact not considering the local community at all. Just wanna sell you stuff! Expensive stuff.

This is one of the few Ecover refill stations in Kingston / Surbiton. Having been there thrice - we have been charged different amounts for the same laundry refill. Upon asking for clarification was met with vague answers. The refill cost is higher than a new bottle which obviously does not make any sense. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
