Health and clean eating are easy with this store When you walk through the door, a lovely smell of natural aromas hit you, and calming music can be heard where it makes you very relaxed. Check out the 30%/40% markdowns and more located around the store Amazing products, whether you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten intolerant, milk toleratent, diabetic or just want to live healthier, this store has it all. Hi. Just a question.. How is it possible, you selling sea moss for R350 per container??? Your staff too bear no knowledge of the product? Your staff mentions its because of Tik Tok hype, this is why you stock the item and why the price is so high... Is this similar to the garlic and ginger price hike we had a few years back?
Healthy supermarket and at the back you can find a nice cafeteria, for 50R you'll get a bowl that you can use one time. You can chose a between different option in a small buffet. Everything taste good and is healthy, so if ou pass by try it ;
Loved the healthy menu choices. If you’re vegan or have allergies, there’s still something to find here. I had a nice breakfast and green smoothie. I feel they should do a bit more marketing, because it’s not so easy to find.

Very useful if pricey health-food, cosmetics and nutrition store -- but stock and store layout are unpredictable . Generally helpful staff. A good health store go-to if you're in the City Bowl.

R250 for 2 extremely average smoothies and breakfasts!? The staff got my order wrong 3 times before the food even arrived at my table 25 minutes later. Highly disappointed as I had good experiences here in previous years. The tap water I ordered was good though.
Concept is great, good food and smoothies in the cafe. Best assortment of imported health goods in Cape Town. But is overpriced compared to other health stores and suppliers in the same area. More competitive pricing would improve rating as that is kind of the point of a "warehouse" store.
