We started Heat 'n Eat after being asked to prepare meals for a very busy lady. She then recommended us to some friends and they recommended us to more people and our company was started.
Since then the company has evolved and menus have expanded. There are four menus, one for each week of the month, and a selection of lunches, main meals, baked goods and family meals. With the increased popularity of the Banting lifestyle, we introduced four new menus, adapting recipes to exclude starches and cooking with coconut oil, butter and olive oil. Our clients have loved the extra choice and usually order from both menus.
We now prepare all of the meals at Bryanston Sports Club which makes it easy for our clients to collect their orders if delivery doesn’t suit them. The club kitchen hours are 11am to 7.30pm, so popping in after work is simple.
Sikhalazo, Bianca, Abigail and Phillemon are the talented staff who prepare the meals and they are also happy to serve you if you come to the Bryanston Sports Club where we have a delicious pub menu on offer.
