Absolutely disappointed at this sorry excuse of a burger bought for R95! Stale roll, burnt dry beef patty. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t buy this trash they call food.
30 minutes from payment to receiving a breakfast wrap doesn't really work. Shockingly bad service for a fully staffed kitchen. I had to follow up on my order 3 times. The 3rd time I was asked if it was 'sit down or takeaway...' as if that had been holding up the order? I did order a coffee which was lovely - the long awaited protein wrap however was mediocre at best. Powdery wrap, lumps of cream cheese and fairly flavourless. Wouldn't consider or recommend here to friends.
Although my salad dressing was left behind twice, I'm giving 5 stars for the Manager of this store Annelisiwe who went above and beyond to correct this mistake and send it to me. She was able to handle the situation in a such a calm manner and stayed true to her promise to deliver. Thanks to the Rivonia branch as well. Excellent customer service.
Now that I’m done throwing up, I can write this thread. To say I’m disappointed and disgusted, would be an understatement. I found a dead cockroach and a live bug in my meal purchased from the Kauai inside VA in Bryanston. I brought this to the mangers attention and nothing could’ve prepared me for what she had to say. She admitted that they’ve been dealing with a cockroach infestation. Now tell me, how do you prepare food for human consumption in a cockroach infested environment? For a company that prides itself for being at the forefront of the global trend towards health & wellness, how do you allow this to happen. I purchase a meal almost everyday after gym and it makes me sick to my stomach when I think of all the rubbish food you’ve been serving your customers. Can’t believe I was praising your winter menu not so long ago, kanti you’ve been serving us cockroaches and bugs!
The driver jus came holding my food like it’s his no bag or plastic nothing ….this is food not clothes .how do we kno where he has been…did he wash his hands ?very disappointed And the food and smoothie not worth the price
Wonderful service with friendly staff. Healthy organic food, snacks, drinks, etc, the list goes on. Come in & see for yourself. They also deliver.
I have never been so disappointed with an order I was really looking forward to like I was yesterday. Firstly this order was delayed. We ordered around 1:30 and got the order after 3pm. I ordered the protein egg pot. My choice of egg was a pouched egg medium. There's is no choice of boiled egg on the menu but guess what I received! A hard boiled egg cut into big chunks. The free range sausage was missing. Like there was not even a small piece of sausage or even the smell of a sausage My second item was the Asian rainbow bowl. This was better because the chicken was really good however, the broccoli was yellow and the pickled ginger was also missing. I tried to call the restaurant after I received my order, the number on the website doesn't exist!!! Kuai Bryanston - do better!!! email sent
Sour smoothie! No doubt because they have used expired ingredients or left them out over the weekend. Poor health and safety protocols, and absent/ignored quality control.
It's currently going on two hours since I ordered and it's still not ready at the restaurant. Not the first time it's happened either. Quality is also lacking compared to other Kauais I've gone to. Watered down smoothies, old lettuce etc. I'll stick to other branches.
Great food, amazing smoothies, good service. Straws suck campaign is incredible! I would just like to see an alternative option, maybe offer paper straws? Sell bamboo, stainless steel or glass straws!
