Walking into the entrance, one can already feel comfortable and at ease, it is open and spacious and appealing, the very opposite of daunting and each time I have been there, it was not too busy which also made me feel like shopping was not stressful. As you enter you have a clear view and viewpoint of where everything is , you can see the iles, where the fresh produce is, where the tills are, and usually you can see a staff member be it a manager or supervisor , etc to easily walk up to should you have any direct questions to ask as you walk In. The staff are friendly, the store is neat and clean as well as presentable. Sometimes, perhaps in the late afternoon on a Sunday, there might be a tiny bit of lack of stock for certain items, otherwise you can usually find mostly everything you may be looking for. It is small yet harbors a good variety of genres of products and produce. The prices are fair and there us an ease of flow throughout the store that does not Confuse a person, which is pleasant. It is easy to navigate and not tiring or stressful, but surprisingly pleasant to shop there. What I love is that one can purchase freshly made food including sushi and some baked goods that are ready to eat and also of a variety that if you don't have time to cook for a meal for the family or yourself, but want something freshly made on the table, you can pick from a variety of different freshly prepared foods to make up a lovely and tasty meal for the table. They also have a small gift section which include items that I would deem as special. They often have flowers and even some potted plant gifts to purchase as well, which is always a nice touch to the atmosphere of the store as well as a nice touch to the atmosphere of your home should you purchase them. You will most certainly not become frustrated in the store, and the temperature of the store is very comfortable too.

The Heldervue Kwikspar is easy to get to with enough parking available. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The sushi they sell is also really good and amazingly priced. You can call in advance and then collect.

Today Thursday, 27 January I received outstanding service from Charmain cashier. She went out of her way to help me and was friendly and polite. It made my shopping experience that much more pleasant.

This well stocked convenience store was recently revamped and is now even better, but the bakery section could still be better. Otherwise the service is great, and there is lots of parking and other useful shops in the same centre.

Friendly staff, in particular towards the elderly clients. Some selections are limited compared to the SPAR on Old Stellenbosch Road and the bread and rolls are very standard. Quick check out due to enough tills!

Good parking, pleasant staff at the tills and the shop is well laid out but the aisles are a bit cramped so social distancing could be difficult.

I feel like this store never has what I need. The fresh foods are subpar and the store is filled with products that most people don't want or need. The only saving grace is the friendly cashiers and the fact that the location is convenient for the people living in the area.
