Woolworths @ Somerset Mall

Huge Woolworths. It has most departments - men, women, kids, food court, groceries, home, beauty and skin. Trenery and Country Road too. Great service and very clean. Huge kudos to Cybil. She helped me find what may have been the last pair of shoes stocked in the size and colour I was looking for. Great attitude and humour- she’s a star!

Clean and spacious store. So many shoppers always inside but it never feels crowded. The housekeeping is above standard. There is a restaurant inside serving very delicious healthy options. My tastebuds were in awe of the food I was served and it surpassed my expectations. I really enjoyed my time and it was well spent. Keep it up Woolworths!

Got beyond excellent service from the perfume department! The ladies at the mens clothing dept can go for some lessons. Overall a good brand, I would like to see more options in clothing though.

ordered a scone it had small clear fibers in it, sent it back and was told it was from the cleaning cloth. they brought me another and it too had the same small fibers in it, lots of small clear fibers. sent it back again. nothing was said no apology NOTHING paid for my coffee and left never to return again shocking

I live in Hermanus and Chantel from Homewares went beyond better service for me looking in stock room for shoes that were on the system but not on the racks, kept them for me and really went to great lengths to help, 10/10 Chantel

I was invited to lunch and we ate at their restaurant. I don't know what most of the items are on that menu, coz I eat normal food ‍ I had their Chicken and Avo Toast - Amazing Great service. Seating slightly to close to each other, but I really enjoyed it.

Unfortunately just the latest in a number of disappointing experiences. This time it was food poisoning. I am rather confused as the tuna nicoise open sandwich comes almost entirely out of a tin or jar. That being said the food standards have been in fairly constant decline for at least the last year. It's the same at Waterstone where it is usually nothing serious, at least in that I have never been sick after a visit, just unreasonably long wait times, think nearly 20 mins to take an order and up to an hour for breakfast to arrive. No fault of the staff beyond the usual apathy, more that management wants to shoehorn in far too many tables for the kitchen to accommodate. In any case, it's sad that what was once really quite good now just skates by on the Woolworths name.
