Excelant service,very helpfull......outstanding.

The worsed service ever, went in and I explained how my DSTV HD Decoder has a problem and will like them to test it for me and maybe diagnose it, was told that they don't fix decorders but sell them and they can't help me unless am buying a new decorder, ohh and my decorder don't have a serial number on it to be scanned.... Apparently it needs to be scanned not put in Manually... Was told to come back on Friday

For a Saturday I got awesome inshop service. The two ladies at the counter , 17/4 , were super friendly and clued up. Decoder work takes time but it was done quick quick. I appreciated their prompt work and service. Well done!
