MTN Store - Meyerton

I go into cellular network stores as little as possible once every 2 years to renew my contract because MTN and the other major competitors are too big to care about the little guy. I have not had a problem at this store specifically. The guy that helped me was honest and helpful and wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need.

Pity it's the closest MTN dealer workwise. The most unfriendly and slow service I've experienced in quite some time, two days in a row. In addition, I don't post reviews, but this one begged exposure.

The service at this place is horrible honestly 2 days in a row now I tried paying my account directly since mtn failed to debit but they've been online which yes happens I guess but the service I got I had to call mtn to ask them to debit because I'm never going to that store ever again, I wish I had an option of zero stars

I'm not happy with their customer service, the gentleman at till 01 as well the lady at till 04 23/11/2021. Imagine I was there for a simple thing like a swim swap but the experience was not so good.

The service received was just exceptional, customer care is on another level... I mean I went there just to buy data, ended up stumbling on information and Knowledge I never thought I'd have.. keep it up

Friendly service and sound advise. Ill use mtn over vodacom anytime as mnt costomer services are a 1000 x better in advise and reselution and time. Thank you mtn for making life easier and not complex like vodacom
