This place looks like it has no manager! And I also don't think some of the "salesmen" are trained. And why would you need my ID for a phone that you're selling without a SIM card? Why is a thousand people behind the counter and I still move slowly in the queue? I went for the same thing at Willowbridge and had none of these issues.
I will never buy items at HiFi corporation again. If it breaks and a staff member determains it was your fault even though they hardly checked it, they will not fix or replace or provide any guidances on how to resolve the issue. I bought a blue tooth speaker and the power supply broke after one month. I was told it was because I inserted the plug incorrectly. I have multiple items using the same type of power source without any issues. No proper investigation to check if the product was possibly faulty. Just immediately the comment - it was the customer who broke the item. So now I sit with a brand new speaker that I can't charge. In short - I will never recommend HiFi corp to any one. I will rather support other businesses. In this current economy, looking after your customers is definetly not one of your priorities. #unhappycustomerhificorp
The salesman, Geraldo & his manager Danie at Hi FiCorp N1 City, must really work on their bad attitude when customers return goods. A big thanks to Zingi for going out of her way to help me.
I had a laybuy and they told me to come on Friday to collect after the final payment. I got to the the on Friday and spent 3 hours being sent pillar to post and after that they told me I cannot get my items as it was not reflecting on their side yet I paid with a card. They told me to go collect it myself from their warehouse the following day on Saturday they will forward everything and to my surprised when I got to the warehouse I was told I am owing 7K and when they called the Store to verify the Store confirmed I was owing yet I paid everything. I don't even want to unpack what followed after that but all I can say is they are a disaster
Great after-sales service. Bought a product there which turned out to be faulty. Brought it back, and without any fuss they tested it, and gladly replaced it with a new one, which I must say works perfectly.
Went in last month to buy a chest freezer. Stood there for around 15 minutes waiting for help. At least 5 staff members looked at me and walked past. I walked out and went across the road to buy the freezer. Customer service is sketchy
Always check contents when buying product, they don't pack everything. I bought a speaker but the adapter not in the box and went back they say they can't do anything , now I have to give out MORE money for something I already paid for Never buying at this store again !
I wish I could give a lower rating. The service is truly awful. Having to wait an insanely long time to be assisted when making payments to having to wait 40 minutes to pick up my after notifying the staff who acknowledged the pick up to an awful attitude from the floor staff. Worst branch.
I don't know where to start. But my online shopping experience has put and end to me buying from them again. Worst experience ever. How does the ceo sleep at night. Knowing he gets paid a huge amount of money. For poor service.
This shop really has nice products. I went to go check out their laptops and wow they have smart stock. Just got me a nice deal. You rock
