Even though there were quite a couple of customers in the store, they made me feel like a VIP, answering any and all questions with expertize. Armed with the knowledge gained from the sales team, and testing in store, I settled on what was probably the best purchase I ever made. Thanks Incredible Connection! I came to fix my laptop which I bought from the store and I was helped quickly and everything was efficient. Shaahesta was the lady who assisted me , she was reallt helpfull. I would 100% recommend you to visit this friendly store. I also bought volkano headphones , and I am happy with them.

Went to buy a Ring base alarm kit advertised on this store's website. Was told I could only buy the kit online. Pulled up the item on my phone and asked the clerk where does it say online only? It doesn't. Best to call this store before you waste your time driving there, parking, walking through the mall, etc etc.
