Awful service the moment you step through the door. Rude and unhelpful staff. Spend all their time chatting to one another while their customers sit around waiting for assistance. When I asked for assistance they made me feel as though they would be doing me a tremendous favour. Will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

I have to retract my review of Lisa which I made about a week ago. I did an upgrade with her for an uncapped month to month subscription modem. Yesterday 16 May inst I received a message that I depleted my data usage. This did not make sense to me. I visited the store this morning only to discover the mess that had been made by the aforementioned consultant. I’ve now had to cancel the existing contract. Allow me to commend Sbonga and Kim for unraveling the mess.
Good day I would like to extend my gratitude on the help received from Lisa .She has great customer care and served me with the utmost care. She is a clear communicator and a great individual. We had a bad experienceat century city 101. Sent to apple store to set up the iphone purchsed from them.
THANK YOU! LISA RHODES. I changed over to MTN in 2021 having been with Telkom for 10 years. Having purchased a Samsung Flip, don't buy...screen replaced twice I struggled to find a consultant to activate my e-sim . The dual sim is critical for me, travelling a lot, I need an additional card for areas MTN might not have signal or poor signal. After struggling to get the e-sim activated for near on 2 years wth various promises from various consultants, I stumbled upon Lisa Rhodes an amazingly service orientated consultant who held my hand through this rather painful process. She was even kind enough to share her data while I waited 48 hours to get reconnected again, and kept in touch right through to the evening not that I expected such until the e-sim which we had real problems getting activated finally worked.I cannot have asked for a more caring and kind as well as geniune person to deal with which is a rarity in this fast pace world. She heard my plight out the side of her ear and came to my rescue. Amazing person thanks Lisa!!!
All I can say is "WOW". I needed to have my account transferred from contract paid to pre-paid. Having no much luck getting a favorable response via the normal channels, I read that some people had a great service from Mario at MTN Bellville. Well he was so thorough in his approach, constantly followed up for me and finally getting the deed done. Thank you Mario for your Outstanding service. I highly recommend dealing with Mario.
I had the honour of meeting Nikita at the MTN Tygervalley branch on the 29th of March. She was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with which phone would suit me best. I felt that I had to think about it, cause it cost a bit more than I used to pay, so Nikita gave me her phone number and told me to contact her anytime I have questions about the phone. Wich I did and she was very helpful and friendly over the phone, even though it was outside of her working hours. I'm in a wheelchair and she realized that it's a bit of an effort for me to come into the shop, so she suggested that she would organise everything for me and then when I go to the shop on Wednesday I won't have to sit so long for the application process. I also wanted a watch with the phone, but there weren't stock in the store. So she said she will order one from the wearhouse and then I just have to come back to the store when everything is ready. I really think she should be employee of the month or something cause she deserves it and she held MTN's name high! As a client, if I deal with her, I would see MTN as a great store with exceptional customer care and will definitely go back and only use MTN as my service provider! Yandani Sombo provided the best service! I took out a new contract at the end of April and my sim was Rica barred. Yandani went the extra mile to assist and made sure that it got sorted after waiting for 2 weeks.
Always an absolute pleasure dealing with Lisa. Very patient, understanding and going the extra-mile. Always a great smile and friendly demeanour. Thank you Lisa !!
Chad has helped me in the best way possible with my contract and made the waiting experience better for mee. You guys should give him a raise
