Shocking customer service, unprofessional, crude & untrained drivers. Unhelpful and arrogant management as well. If you value your hard earned money and your time don’t use these guys. Look a little bit further, there’s a lot more cheaper and effective alternatives.

Staff is well informed and very helpful. They always offer you service with a smile. You never regret going to shop there

They opened late- 14/4/2023. Did not apologise for open late and did not have basic items in stock. Rather go across the hall to Incredible Connection even though they might be more expensive. I got helped there instantly.

Terrible service from the till / checkout staff. This is the 3rd time I have been to the store and they are not keen on helping. You stand there with no one in the que in front of you and wait for them while they chat and laugh away. When you ask them for help they keep on talking and laughing with each other. They just seem annoyed when you ask for information. All 3 times was the same. It is just better for me to buy online and avoid the store all together.

The sales person was chatting to a friend when I arrived. They were uninterested in helping me. He answered my questions with "I don't know" as if I was bothering him and he grew impatient the longer I engaged him. A simple request for quotations at this branch felt like pulling teeth. He was on his phone as well the whole time on Facebook, even while preparing the quotations and he made spelling mistakes on the print out as well. I wouldn't recommended this branch.

Excellent service from Daphney as she took over my "case" from her rude colleague whom I thought was nice the first time I brought in my broken unit. The sales lady knew her story, Zodwa if i'm not mistaken, she's slim with fair complexion.

Not so good. Was standing a few minutes waiting for someone to help me by the DVD player but all of them were busy by the tvs watching soccer or doing something else. Only when 1 of them turned around, did he see me and came to help me.
