Philani always goes n extra mile to help the customer. He fitted my car's CV joints ant an affordable price and I'm so happy with job his guys did. Visit him at his workshop and u won't regret it.

Thank God the store is now situated in Eastgate mall from Park Meadows, the convenience is good. The store itself is good .

I walked in waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me. I went to the pay counter and asked if someone can help me while she was on her personal phone very disinterested to help. Then she finally got up to tell someone to help me. Terrible experience I won’t go back

Ideal place to go to for home appliances and electronics but I'm not feeling the energy or behavior of certain employees there and sometimes they'll talk in a native language thinking you won't hear them but you do and I always call them out on it. Also some of are just Rude or irritated I had to go get a gift card to replace my laptop since they weren't able to fix and the lady at customer service went off when I said I could also use this at incredible connections since they are under the TFG group but she wasn't educated on it and only found out then that you can.

Great service and very friendly staff

Placed an online order almost a month ago, called to find out what is going on a few weeks back and I was told there is no stock. Requested a refund and I still haven't heard a word from them... I have been online shopping for years and this by far the worst and most incompatible place I've ever shopped at. Never again and I would not recommend it to anyone

Music is very load. People screaming at each other to hear.

One goes into the store there's long queues and one teller. The staff doesn't even seem to know the correct time the store closes. When I personally asked the staff what time they close I was given the time when I returned one and half hours before the time I was told the store will close the store was closed already. I just said are these people for real
