On Tuesday 5 July we bought two gate motor batteries and two LED light batteries from Alphacell. We asked for the SAWATech as per the picture but was supplied a different make. I was advised at the time of purchase that there would be no guarantee because load shedding causes damage to the batteries, which I accepted. However, one would expect it to last a day or two at least! The gate motor batteries could not open and close a gate on the first day. We then put both on charge for a full day but still it can not open and close a gate if mains are disconnected. Trying a similar battery from the alarm system operated the gate normally.

Huge range of just about any electronic/battery accessories you could possibly want at marvelous prices. Helpful and friendly too
