Incredible Connection

I received an incredible service as the name of the store suggests. I was assisted by Brendan in buying an Acer laptop, volkano Mamba speaker and a wireless mouse. He was kind and friendly.

I had an incredible shopping experience @incredible Connection Rosebank. I bought myself a MacBook Air and Mr Brendan was so helpful, he never stood me up.

Incredible connections in Rosebank is visually attractive. I dealt with Brandon on the phone and in person. His knowledge is great and he is patient and always smiling.

We hung around the store for a very long time before being helped and that only happened because I made a scene. One guy was on his cell phone all this time. This is not the first time that nobody bothers to serve you in this store. When somebody eventually helped us, he was knowledgeable. When it came to payment and I asked the cashier to help me pay with Discovery points, he didn't have a clue. Store is well stocked and clean. Management and staff need a lot customer care training.

Good day, I was very Impressed with the customer care service. I was having difficulty with regards to a product at Incredible Connection. The staff member, tried assisting and wasn't able to. He the called the Manager who was familiar with the product. Really Appreciated the service.
