I bought a Sansui 49 inch TV, now the sound had just stopped, when I call them they don't answer the phone. What is the use of providing the telephone number if you are not going to answer it?

Great staff members,they're welcoming and kind and the place usually has really good discounts and sales.

They should answer the phone, what's the use of providing telephone numbers if they can't pick up the phone. So poor

Because prices are reasonable and their items  appliances are in good quality

The employees provide great custom service, they even offer advice, very welcoming

I will give them a 2 once they answer their telephones
