It always feels a little disorganized when I’m here. Feels like most of the stuff is just everywhere. The pricing is reasonable, definitely compare it to a few other similar spots. Staff are helpful to a point. There is a lot of parking available at this center and its fairly clean.

I had the worst experience today. My daughter bought a Volcano smart watch 2 weeks ago. It stopped charging. When I wanted to return it or get a new one they refused because the charger is not under warranty. I cant even buy a charger because they dont have it. When I said that I am not happy, the acting supervisor Feziwe Buthelezi laughed me and my daughter. Very bad service. I was so disrespected. Then she started shouting at me. Please do not support this Newcastle store.
