Incredible Connection

The store is well organized, easy to locate items you're looking for The employees are also great people The only thing that didn't sit well with me, was that the item I went there to buy which it was on sale i.e. 2TB Seagate external hard drive at a calue of R999.00 I was told they've never received the stock, but at that time only 1 day eas left for sales to end I ended up buying 3TB WD Elements at a value of R1 599.00. I believe the management should have sleepless night to ensure that all items especially those in sale are delivered timeously

Amazing customer service I've received from here. They have gone out there way to help me. The branch Manager has been absolutely amazing.

I can always find what I'm after here, and for a pretty reasonable price same as what you'd find from a products official store Not much to complain about when it comes go the actual store, employees will sometimes try to sell you unnecessary things My main issue is with the refund / return process, employees will pressure you not to give the item back. And unless you return the product in its original and unopened condition, you'll be charged a hefty 15% "handling fee" and the refund will only reflect in your account around two weeks later, compare this to a site like TakeaIot where you'll get all your money back in a few days

The item I was wanting to buy looked like it had been opened. I asked a staff member and she assured me that it wasn't. Got home, opened it up and a whole piece was missing from the box. When I went back to return it that same staff member then told me I must have taken it off of the returned item shelf. Which I did not. The guy who managed the return was at least nice. Still never shopping there again.

I would like to compliment Shezaad Jumat for his incredible no pun intended ;- customer service and assisting us right up until we received the item we ordered, which eventually had to be ordered online. He went out of his way to phone, follow up and check in with us during the process. A big thank you for all your help and assistance it is much appreciated! I had a great experience at this store. The staff was so friendly and patient with me - they took time to explain everything to me so that I understand the different products and what is most suitable for me.

The staff are helpful, well some of the representatives are. The after sales service is truly wonderful and the warranty claims are easy to do. The range is somewhat lacking and they usually don't stock a lot of niche market or exclusive items. But its generally a good store and I've been going here for many many years and I've been purchasing tech products from them with no issues.

It a pity I'm not good with names. My assistant on the store was very helpful, he helped me know how to choose what I was exactly looking for. Thank you so much

Bought 2 Samsung model phones 4 months ago and they still running like new. The stuff is very lovely and welcoming and fast to do all the paper works
