This store is absolutely PATHETIC. The security at the door was so arrogant and rude, I cannot comprehend why I needed to sit in a queue when all I wanted to do was purchase a cell phone accessory. I will never return to this store ever again.

Terrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Waited 3 hours to get a cellphone contract, it was not even a new application. While waiting, another customer was assisted in my place and I had to then wait for them to finish. Absolutely appalling
Shocking customer experience. No assistance and very unfriendly and unhelpful. Walked out after 25 minutes of sitting and waiting. If you looking for staff just check outside the store door you will find them there on personal calls, video calls and taking selfies.
Terrible service. Staff are rude, and cannot solve the problem. They are not champion customer service agents. This includes the technical department. They eventually did a sim swop, however the problem still persists. They require proper training in technical support and customer care.
If there were negative ratings for a store you would get it for sure! Hopeless customer service. Even from the manager. Shame on You!

No one cares after you have signed the contract. I can't get anyone to help me with my contract and yet I've phoned sooo much in one day
The customer service is extremely pathetic. I recently took out a WiFi contract and the router was a faulty device. It kept on dropping signal on all of my connected devices. It is not just the router in particular that I am so upset about, my frustration is mostly directed at the consultant I had been dealing with, Mxolisi Mncube. He was extremely rude when I came back into the store and refused to assist me in the best way possible. He is by far the most arrogant customer sales person I have ever dealt with. He spoke on top of my voice, did not give me a chance to speak, spoke rudely to me and had an arrogant answer for everything. Is this how MTN trains their staff to deal with customers?
When it comes to signing a contract etc. they are very helpful. After sale service is pathetic. I had to solve the problem myself. Tried phoning 10 times in a row to get information on a repair, but no one picked up. I've been a client of MTN for more than 15 years and they could care less!
