Hopeless. Completed my upgrade there earlier today and paid for a transfer of info from the old handset to new - they failed to transfer my email account and subsequently deleted it from the old handset. Now left with a significant issue to resolve on my own.

Received good service even though the shop was very busy

Just wanted to share the fact - I got excellent help from Kaylen even though it was not his issue to resolve he still helped me out!!! 10/10 Someone not to lose in the company!

I called a couple of 2 weeks ago and was told someone would call me back, until now have not heard a thing. Tried calling back a few times but no answer.

Shaun is the Guy to deal with . An honest person and very people Friendly.
