Fast efficient service. I had a problem with the battery after replacement. battery not holding charge and not charging when the phone is off This was professionally resolved on my second visit. By a highly trained Wandile. Who were able to explain what caused the problem. Phones, like computers don't always behave when repaired. Wandile was extremely helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend paying them a visit if you have a problem with your phone.
Absolutely awesome service I didn't think to get the receptionist and technician's names. While quoted R2000 and 3 to 4 weeks to re-couple and clean my buds in Cape Town, you did it in a few hours and for R350 which is the amount I was expecting after asking at a Samsung retail store.
Very helpful and friendly staff just waiting for them to order my phone battery so they can repair it. In past experience they repaired my S8 before very well and it's still working perfectly.
Craig Naidoo is a true asset to this company. Not only did he go WAY over and above his duty to help me with a watch warranty repair, but he also consistently called me wrt progress updates. When I walked in again a month or so later for something else, not only did he recognise me, but called me by my name. Watching him with other customers, you can see he treats them all like this. A truly remarkable experience every single time I've walked into the store. You are acknowledged immediately and approached by someone as soon as they are free. This store will always now be my first port of call for anything Samsung Related. Thank you, Craig, and the rest of the team. You guys are amazing.

Had broken my LCD and for insurance purposes, I had to request a quotation and description of the damage. From the time I walked in I was treated with respect. They fixed my phone which took about 25 minutes because they have an in house technician and received a 3 month warranty for the parts and workmanship. They are professional and are able to communicate with their customers. 5 stars to Nicholyn and the Assistant Manager. PS - They ALWAYS have specials to look forward to. Best decision ever. Good day . I trust you are well , Firstly I am really disappointed in the SERVICE I was given in one of yourls branches . SAMSUNG repair in cascade town Bush road . I have sent my phone for repairs on two occasions . First time I sent my phone I paid R 4 500 to be repaired,they fixed my phone and it worked for 1 month and a few day till the screen stopped working. I have sent it back to be sorted out and it was but they damage my back cover . They tried to compensate me with a cheap POWER BANK which I was not happy with . They said the parts for that phone is hard to get so from a gold phone I have a rose gold pink front I had a gold back not sure what colour they are getting for me . So from a gold phone I now have a circus phone A multi colour The assistance don't give courtesy call notifying the progress or status of the repair .we as customer must wait a whole week and then when we phone they say they are trying to locate the part . I have been dealing with Nishan. I was advised by Nishan that by opening the S7 edge to change the front screen the back cover gets damage. I did phone yesterday to query the status of my phone cause they didn't get back to me . When I mentioned head office. Immediately he has invited me on what's app . To type what he clear stated . But all the other question I asked he could not reply . My phone is still in store and waiting for them to order the part .
This is the 3rd time the fast, super efficient and professional guys have helped me out. I won't use another store or service centre.
I'm posting my second review for these guys as they deserve 10 stars. They helped me out with a major Whatsapp restore issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and the whole team were stars. Well done guys. You are the best
Very impressed with the courteous, efficient and time given me in attending to my phone problems from Nishaan Moodley. He discussed the possible causes patiently. In fact all the men were respectful, well mannered and friendly. The service rendered makes me think the store is well deserving of the awards it has received. THANK YOU!
