Untrained staff. Not suppose to provide advise. Friendly admin/till staff always. Floor staff never eager to assist sadly. Hope they improve.

These guys would sell a lot more stuff if they just took 15% off all their prices, but a nice shop otherwise, staff are over helpful but very nice sometimes I just want to browse.. and the quality of the stuff on sale is very good overall. Can pick up bargains at their bargain table which is slightly damaged or shop soiled goods.

The staff were so unhelpful and were very slow, we eventually left because we weren’t helped…

It is a wonderfol shop i bought a new pjone there and they where so friendly toe me now my new phone is working graet

Staf. Very unhelpfull. Ask for something cant find out of stock. Ask about flash drive could not even answer Personal needs intensive training to work there aswell as to treat customers.

Whenever I come here, the sales staff are either smoking outside or playing on their phones inside. There is not a lot of variety of products in the store, and you can’t look at the products without the sales people - so it’s better to walk out. I will never support laziness and bad customer service.
