We sent our truck in for a service weeks ago. We were originally given a lead time of one week but then on the due date they delayed it by one day and kept doing so until weeks had gone by. The delay in getting the truck back and there lack of forward thought in the lead time meant that we could not honour any delivery’s from the original lead time up until we finally got it back. They also did not install the pressure pump correctly meaning the truck will have even more downtime.

It's good place when it is coming to the work, but they do care about people we can able to get food or tie
Hino Pomona furnished our company with a mammoth quotation for an engine rebuild on a Hino 500 4x4 truck only to be approached by management afterwards to have the engine rebuild in private at a 80% cost reduction. Seems like the place to go for good private unrighteous deal.
The place needs a dealer principal who can run the place to profitability with great ideas
