I visited the place and was given a defective spare part, when i took it back i was given that unfriendly reception and rude attacks from the members of the staff who treated ne like a very ignorant person. Did not want to listen to my reasoning and was thereafter given cold shoulders. It was just a blaming game on something i never even used. I took my spare part and decided to approach the Ombudsman fro help.
Service is disgusting , the lady had an attitude and decided to just hang up. She didn't even know what she was doing, as she quoted me R2000 for the whole job when the part alone cost over R7000. Plus u get transferred to multiple departments before anyone could help me. Worst Peugeot I have ever dealt with. If it was possible to give them negative stars I would.
Great service and friendly staff. They were more then happy to assist me without a booking and replaced my battery while I waited. Very refreshing service
Sales person very sweet...the manager left with leaving his office keys and I had to get other paperwork or something, that shows he had no interest....Peugeot Fourways 10 stars!!! Love my car though..
Visited the spares department, we had phoned ahead for what we needed so the spares were ready and waiting, invoicing just took a couple of minutes to complete. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Awful after sales assistance - total lack of interest. No follow up . Very unprofessional. Unfriendly Staff all stations - Not impressed and it's the only outlet we can use in Gauteng.... standards of Service levels are NON EXISTENT how disappointing.. no SA get with the Programme hey .....
Great service received, unfortunately can not remember the guy's name. Test drive offered without asking with the 5008. Area is a bit difficult to park in as all the staff vehicles/demo vehicles are parked in the front.
Daniel & John are outstanding in customer service but dealer infrastrusture is customer unfriendly: a small window for customers to interact with 1 on 1 Parts Representatives as opposed to many as staff must go behind scenes to access computer data, no chairs for waiting customers in parts department/ show room. Service department is distanced far in the Scania/Iveco Trucks showroom as opposed to Peugeot Showroom. Received ugly stares from other staff including a Receptionist, General Worker who rudely turned her behind on me while seated and what seemed to be dealer managament who didn't even greet me. No coffee or juice with only a refilled dirty water tank dispenser . . . No customer must flock to buy cars here! The dealership is situated near OR Tambo multinational customer venue but stuck in a rugged 80's apartheid era commercial set up as opposed to a modern Millenium design - very contrasting to Peugeot Fourways owned by the same Franchise! I love Peugeot having owned 3 vehicles but its South African teams lacks innovation, compasion and brand research to revitalise the ailing brand from bad franchisors - something Renault never had a problem with Imperial since 1996. It's time I ended my 13 years relationship with the brand!
VERY UNHELPFULL AND RUDE STAFF INCLUDING THE WORKSHOP MANAGER THE ONLY HELPFULL PEOPLE ARE THE RECEPTION LADY AND THE INDIAN GUY IN PARTS. THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR ESPECIALLY WILLIAMS HE TAKES 20 MINUTES TO ANSWER A CALL AND BE RUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE USELESS PEOPLE.
Very friendly and professional service. Took a bit long to be served when picking up the car after is service, other than that very happy.
