I am not always compelled to give reviews but today I received such exceptional customer service from Alta MacDonald at BMW Isando that it would be an injustice if I did not give my experience. I requested some information from the service department and was put through to Alta, she was professional and was able to turn my request around in a very short time. She went further and gave me advise as well as took the time to explain everything too me. Alta, you are a shining example of exemplary customer service. Thank you

Been servicing all my cars here for more than 9years. The staff is friendly, efficient and always willing to assist. I didn't book in my car however; I drove in as I had a minor problem that needed to be fixed. I was assisted promptly with no qualms. Keep up the good work!

Bought my car from this branch and the level of service I received from Wesley is spectacular. I extended the vehicles motor plan due to the fact that when I bought it it was expired. Plus a car like this you need car insurance and i did just that.

If I could this dealership a 0, I would do just that. The service department is an absolute incompetent and pathetic excuse for a BMW service centre. I requested a full diagnostic and was told what repairs needed to be done. I paid for them to commence the repairs. Drove the car home and realised it still had issues. When I went back and pointed out the fault to them, they claimed the fault was not picked up the first time, yet I asked for a full diagnostic to be done. Paid the second amount but I am still not satisfied with the manner in which they dealt with my vehicle. Dont even bother escalating to the service manager Gertrude. She will give you an undertaking that you can come through and discuss the issues with her, but when you get there, you will be told that she is busy and that the service reception and technician must "deal with the issue". I've dealt with Ballito Autohaus in KZN, Auto Atlantic in Cape Town and the service at those centres is what you expect from a BMW dealership. BMW Kempton Park is absolutely shocking in terms of how bad their service is and should be absolutely embarrassed at the fact that they are dragging the BMW name so low. BMW South Africa must do a full review of this centre and revoke their trademark from this dealership.
BMW sells great cars. Aftersales backup puts icing on the cake. Great service from Corli Van Der Westhuizen. Another happy client.

We purchased a BMW X1 second hand from them 3 weeks ago, with a false sense of peace of mind because it is through a BMW dealer. On the day we took delivery of the vehicle, THEY bumped the car, and did not notify us of this. Whilst my wife was signing the papers, I noticed the bump and reported it to them. At first I was treated as if I was lying, only after the sales lady made the effort to get up and check what I was referring to did she agree that the damage was new and not there before during our test drive earlier the week. They undertook to have the bumper repaired the following Monday with no inconvenience to us, this was 2 weeks ago. Now they are not responding to our messages or phone calls and we still sit with a damaged vehicle. During the purchase period, we had to follow up with them continuously to get an update on progress. Their customer service is pathetic and their after sales service even worse. I can only imagine how they would deal with a scenario where mechanical failure occurred. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!
