I am not always compelled to give reviews but today I received such exceptional customer service from Alta MacDonald at BMW Isando that it would be an injustice if I did not give my experience. I requested some information from the service department and was put through to Alta, she was professional and was able to turn my request around in a very short time. She went further and gave me advise as well as took the time to explain everything too me. Alta, you are a shining example of exemplary customer service. Thank you
Awesome place to service your car. You will always get the best service advisor at bmw Kempton Park. My car went in twice and I was served by Goodwill awesome gent indeed.
Just horrible service all round. The staff who work here honestly have some serious superiority complexes and a sense of self importance. Honestly, you just work there, you don't own the dealership. Pride is a funny thing, you're there to serve customers who bring business to you and not alienate them and make them feel like they can't afford to be there. I've been a BMW customer for nearly 20 years and I've honestly never had worse customer service than at this branch. and let me add, on more than one occasion - I honestly thought I was imaging it the first two times but yesterday confirmed for me that this is just a horrible branch of BMW with horrible, classless STAFF staff being the opertive word, as yes, you are JUST staff. Maybe it's time for some upskilling in terms of customer is king? i.e. back to basics. I think some of your senior staff forget why they're actually there. I certainly won't be back. You can keep your branch. As much as I do love BMW and more specifically the M brand, BMW Kempton Park has left a very nasty after taste for me.
Been servicing all my cars here for more than 9years. The staff is friendly, efficient and always willing to assist. I didn't book in my car however; I drove in as I had a minor problem that needed to be fixed. I was assisted promptly with no qualms. Keep up the good work!
Tried calling Isando BMW the receptionist couldn't hear me, she kept on putting the phone down on my ear. She never bothered to ask for my number to call me back instead . poor poor service from this Dealership all the time.
This is NOT for to the car service just the Communication. I called in 6 times to speak to Lauren just to find out if the car was ready and never got through or they kept dropping the call. Very frustrating!! Also no offer to call us back after having called in several times. Please fix your phone transfers!!
I received excellent service. Great place, staff is friendly.
