Poor service. I was ignored for 20 minutes and had to find a product myself. Couldn't find it so I ordered it online. Booked it for stock transfer so I could collect from Meadowdale. 2 weeks later I am forced to come to the store in person because my emails and phone calls are ignored. I find out that my order has not even left its Orgin and would take a further 10 days to arrive. I promptly canceled my order and will receive my refund in 21 days! What an absolute joke! Your staff should be ashamed. I won't be shopping here again.

Awesome customer service.  They charged my phone while I looked around for stuff.  Its not the norm to buy the loyalty card, but I highly recommend it.  The benefits add up.

Friendly staff but the range of goods being sold are not of the highest quality. Actually the opposite. Brand new samsung microwave , unable to heat for more than 5 minutes without overheating and fizzling out. So after 1 week after buying it, we will now have to wait for it to be fixed and drive up and down. And if it needs to be fixed after 1 week, one can only but gues as to how long it will last.Seems price and name brand does not mean quality or durability. Lesson learnt.

Each time we need an appliance we keep going back to Hirsch. We may go to different shops trying to make a comparison but my husband and l end up purchasing from this shop. Excellent prices always look out for specials and you are bound to find something you need. Good sales people no pressure they greet you let you know to say when u need assistance.

Molly gave me excellent service, ended up spending more than 40k.She's not pushy or showing you that  she wants commission, gave me more time to decide, showed me different brands told me the popular one.She is good.

Speak to Kyle, or better Kyle before 12, or best Kyle after he had couple of coffee. Just kidding...again . Anyone wants better copy of hob ..beko is the brand

Hirsch Meadowdale - PATHETIC SERVICE - Bought a new Bosch Oven.  Collected 1st Oven, upacked it, plugged it in and it sizzled and smoked with a terrible noise.  Hirsch arranged for Bosch to send a technician.  Technician came plugged it in, same problem, sizzle and smoke, he quickly unplugged it.  His report indicated that the oven needs to be replaced urgently, he left the oven.  Hirsch then arranged another oven to be delivered, their delivery guys unpacked it and plugged it in, also smoke and bang.  Hirsch delivery guys took that oven away, left 1st oven here. After much debate between Bosch HO and Hirsch, Hirsch delivered another unit, and we had to sign forms that we would not unpack or touch the unit, as a Bosch Senior Technician would do that.  A Bosch Technician arrived, did not even look at the oven but checked our electricity, he informed us that the electricity voltage is high between 239 and 249 so he could not install the oven.  A few days later I received a SMS from Bosch indicating that our service call is finalized.  We then left it for a few days, and eventually decided to unpack the oven which was delivered.  Only to find white dust, fingerprints all over the oven, clearly the 3rd oven delivered by HIRSCH is not new.  We called the Branch Manager of HIRSCH Meadowdale, Lollie and after much discussion we have been told that we signed a form and there is nothing further they can do.  I WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER, TO BOSCH CEO, HIRSCH CEO AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION UNBUDSMAN.

If I could give zero stars I would! When we first purchased a washing machine from the meadowdale branch, the service was absolutely fantastic. Once they were paid and we were out the door, the service was shocking. We purchased a very expensive washing machine and it was faulty. After a few months, the machine was exchanged for the same model, still faulty. They don't seem to care. All they care about is being credited from the supplier before giving us a store credit refuse to refund. They don't follow up with me as they should. Don't spend your hard earned money at this store!
