Timeless Board Games

I have never been to the physical shop, but I did order a board game from their online store that arrived in a damaged state at no fault of their own. Their response was incredible, they were delightful to work with, and they somehow restored my faith in humanity. Would definitely buy from them again in the future, and would advise anyone to do the same.

Nice big variety of games. There is also a library available to play there at the monthly event. Go as a solo or a group and people are friendly to have you join a table or help with rules.

Timeless Board Games is a phenomenal store. The level of service you receive is bar none in South Africa. Well worth your time!

I love going to their board games day that is hosted monthly here. I like this new venue, cozy environment. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. You can come try out new board games and buy it straight away.

Great place to socialise and meet people

Over the last couple years I have bought many games from a few vendors but there is none equal to Timeless Board Games. They have the biggest selection, they have the most dedicated and caring staff and they wrap this all up with the most amazing service. Here is a little story to show how great Timeless really is. About 4-5 years ago my wife and I were at a market where timeless had a stand, I approached looking for a game called "Bounty" this game I played a bunch as a kid and just could not find it anywhere, Richard took my details and then said if he came across it he would let me know. A couple months later I get a mail from him saying he had found my game. I had completely forgotten about the request and encounter but was overjoyed by the fact he was able to find a game that hadn't been in print since 2001 not only had he found the game I loved since I was a kid.. it was in near pristine condition. 10/10 would buy again!

Good find, this quaint little shop ticks all the boxes with good service and a good variety. You may find it cheaper online but the ambiance is worth the few extra rands.

A great board game store, that ships internationally! I was looking all over for a copy of 'Final Girl' as my pre-order from a UK company went horribly wrong, lone behold I found that TBG had copies left, so I immediately contacted and received both a welcoming and prompt response from Richard informing that they can offer international shipping. I had also contacted other international board game store, however few responded or gave me the customer service provided by Richard and Ulla. Shortly after, I received a quote for the shipping to the UK which was both fair and reasonable. They were even helpful enough to hold the item for me, to ensure I would get the item if I wished to continue with my purchase as I was waiting to hear from a local game store and the game's availability. A few days passed and I proceeded with my purchase and I was glad I did, as the item arrived swiftly without any issues and was well packaged. I am really thankful for both Richard and Ulla's help, and will definitely recommend TBG as their customer service is paramount.

Great variety of board games, new and secondhand. Online store also available which is helpful as we live 60km away, so once we new what we wanted we could check if it was in stock before we drove out there. Good variety of D&D books, figurines and material. They also host game evenings. Very helpful staff too.

It's great to see how Timeless has changed and grown over the years. Such a great place to get your board games or paints for minis. Definitely recommend
