Easily one of the worst places I have ever had to stay in. Filthy rooms, horrendous overcrowded bedrooms with ancient beds and even worse mattresses. Bathrooms are disgusting with either no water or cold water, if you’re lucky. Plugs don’t work, terrible food. Food prepared and served in a very unhygienic manner. Countless health and safety hazards.

The was no water evey morning cold or hot. The rooms are too small to pack eg. 9 people in one room. One bath, one shower and one toilet for 9 ladies? Unhygienic. My opinion is that the venue is yet equipped for large numbers of peopleRooms: 1/5

The owner offers excellent service but most of the staff don't. They need to work on water supply. Cold water and no water. The food wasn't great.Rooms: 2/5

My daughter's phone was stolen by staff members after it was handed in to reception. They even sent me a photo of the phone, but never returned it, saying it was stolen out of their safe. What a shame Food was also terrible

Terrible experience. Bad food, rooms are in a shocking state, the place is poorly maintained and poorly run. Sometimes no hot water, or even no water at all. Don't stay here!!!Rooms: 1/5

Thank you for hosting our Prefect Camp as Royal School - QPS. It was an amazing experience from booking, staying and hosting. Our learners and educators had a wonderful time.

The worst place ever..the place is very dirty..I slept on dirty sheets.The food is horrible The pools had green waters and they smell very bad. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Place has changed compared to 3yrs ago.Its no longer clean,rooms are no longer clean, dustbins not collected since we arrived on Friday 16th, wifi problems, no TV, Food is ohk but no more starters. Rooms: 1/5
