You cannot reach Home Etc by phone!!! Seems to be that the number is faulty!!
I bought a measuring jug and when I got home and unwrapped it, I saw it was chipped. When I went back to return it, the owner argued with me and told me that it was impossible that they would have sold something that was chipped. She refused to exchange it and I had to keep the damaged product. Please make sure you thoroughly check your purchase before leaving the shop.
