It is a large store. The store has very high-quality home products. It has a large selection of excellent and luxuries home products. Friendly staff. Good service. The prices of products are high, but the quality is high. It has a coffee shop and a resturant attached to the store. It has plenty of car parking. As a conclusion, this store sells the highest-quilaty home products in Knysna. It is a paradise for ladies to visit and shop in this luxuries store.
Great variety and interesting products you don't often find. On the pricier side. I found the same item online for R1400 less.

This is a beautiful home decor and appliances store that well caters for most domestic needs. Great for gifts too. Ample parking and ease of access. A must visit when in Knysna.
Fantastic shop that we take all our guests too without fail. A great selection of very high quality top end brands of everything you could possibly need for your home. Excellent service and a great restaurant in it's courtyard....WELL WORTH A VISIT!!

We like Metelerkamps well organized shop and friendly staff. Their prices are however higher than those from Kloppers etc. We bought a large fireplace insert and had it installed. The heat production was far below expectation, the fan’s failed and outer casing broke so that the insulation material filled the double wall of the insert. 3 expensive repair attempts failed and thus we decided to get a new insert from another supplier. During the dismantling of the Metelerkamps unit we discovered that the root cause of all issues were due to the incorrect installation. The biggest problem was not using a pipe inside the brick chimney. Our new fireplace insert is working perfect, heating the whole house at last . We have several friends who have similar issues with their fireplaces that were installed by Metelerkamps.
Gorgeous place to visit but only window shopping for me, very expensive.
