The privacy the  chalet was spaceful clean and tidy the staff was  fantastic and friendly we enjoyed every bit child friendly highly recommended

If you have kids that love water, this is definitely your best accomodation. The hosts are readily available for anything you might require. The rooms are squicky clean and have everything a family may require. It is literally at the gate of Forever Resort which makes it even more fun. I highly recommend this place.  Rooms: Super clean  Safety: 150% safe

Everything was perfect the only thing the guy who showed us the room's didn't mention that they do switch off the geyser and the morning the water was coldRooms: 5/5

Hoogland spa advertises this place as child friendly and a relaxing getaway which is completely the opposite. We had people partying away playing loud music the whole day and into the night using a boom box until 12 at night. The rules of the spa specifically say no music and no noise after 10 pm at night yet the boom box was set up for the other residents at 11pm at night. The second day/night was even worse as we had music on either side of us playing the whole day and again into the night until 12. Even going to the spa to try have a facial or a massage, all we could hear was the music booming so honestly how is anyone supposed to relax with that? We were told this happens every weekend despite us calling prior to say we have little kids and are looking for a quiet weekend away. We were all so exhausted and unhappy we couldn't wait to leave and come back home. What a disappointment and most definately wont be back

Good hospitality received from Tess and the rest of the family, they were always available when we needs them, always. Very friendly and made sure we are not in need of anything The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay, absolutely an amazing place and experience.The kids also had fun, we had a great stay, definitely we are coming back.

We really had a great stay in this resort , Tess and her husband are very welcoming, friendly and always there to help their guest, the stuff was amazing, the chalets properly maintained, super clean and neat, their pools also nicely cleaned, its home away home.  The place is near most activities and closer to the shops, they are all walkable distance, i would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.

The place is well maintained,the receptionist Tessis the best she has customer care  the cleaners too are so helpful and too they have customer care above all we had a good memorable time  Nearby activities: Aventura and game drive

Absolutely beautiful place. My family and I loved our stay here. The managers are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The chalets are clean, spacious and offer a number of things stove, kettle, utensils, plates, oven, fridge, microwave, bathrooms have both a bath and shower. There's a heated pool as well for chilling into in the evening or through the day. It's 7 stars from me

Dave and Tess are such a wonderful hosting pair, they made sure we are not in need of anything, the place was kept clean all the times, the pools were maintained as expected. Definitely a home away from home. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well.Rooms: 5/5
