We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to the Park Suite upon arrival and were presented with a very thoughtful welcome amenity of wine, macarons, nuts and a card. We loved the tasteful artwork throughout the property, which included a sculpture from the 3rd century BC! The staff were very attentive at breakfast and we enjoyed the focused but premium selection of items available. I did not find the rooms to be as dark as other reviews have noted and have nothing but positive things to say about the level of service. While some of the furniture in the room could certainly benefit from a refresh, I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Paris.
The level of service is extraordinary and so accomodating - faultless experience. We enjoyed a stunning spa treatment and had amazing suggestions from the Concierge, Dominique. Lisa and the team really went above and beyond to make our stay so so enjoyable for a special birthday celebration. Thank you!
We’ve had a great stay here every time. Attentive staff that goes out of the way to make you feel special. Great location. Comfortable beds and good showers. The Spa is very relaxing.
The location was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was noisy likely due to some pipe issues for the first two nights. After we informed the front desk, they changed a room for us. It was not perfect but they fixed the problem in a timely manner.Rooms: 4/5
A memorable stay - Park Hyatt’s location is amazing - the stores you’re surrounded by puts you in the heart of Paris’ upscale boutiques. I got a special opportunity because the sales assistants asked where I was staying. The service was the best I’ve gotten in Paris so far, and I especially appreciated Louna and Emmanuel who made sure my stay was personalized and memorable. All the doormen were so friendly and welcoming- always greeting me with a smile and helping with my bags when needed. It really makes the experience worthwhile when it’s the first greeting you see as you step into the residence. As a Hyatt globalist I’m happy. Next time please upgrade me to a suite!! ;
We have a pleasant stay with Park Hyatt Paris, it was a highlight for our trip, such a gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, our room is very neat and quite as a five star hotel, breakfast has many selection and fresh pastry, we enjoy our morning everyday. We didn't get chance to try their Michelin star restaurant Pur', looking forward to come back in our next visit.
High level of Unprofessionalism… -Reception just very unprofessional . We are “globalist “ , so we already did booking suite , so we not waited for upgrade or something, but the guy from reception during check-in “ want to offer us better and more comfortable stay in bigger room just for extra charge 3000€ “ But we didn’t asked him for this .. so we said thanks, we want our suite . Then we decided to see this room and other guy from reception showed us that room and talk about different price 2000€ So how I can believe and who I can believe? - Also don’t like skin and dental amenity’s… sorry “made in china “ toothpaste is very shame .. - extra bed was without topper on mattress..
This is by far our favorite hotel in Paris and we cannot wait to come back! Five star service as soon as we stepped out of the cab. Our check in experience with Benjamin was pleasant, we arrived a bit earlier than check in time and was able to relax in the hammam. Our room was spacious, beautiful and had a huge balcony overseeing Rue de la Paix, which we took the opportunity to have an amazing room service breakfast on. The location is perfectly in the heart of Paris and within walking distance to many attractions.
After the noisy courtyard incident on 6 July, the hotel guest relation manager changed our room to 224 for the next 3 nights. This room was quiet, I wish they could have given us this room from the beginning. The odd thing is we were told by the housekeeping on 9 July that the hotel ran out of mouth rinse so they could not replenish this in our room. It's hilarious. As a service recovery for the noisy courtyard incident, we were reimbursed for the Hyatt points we use for one night and a restaurant voucher for tapas & drinks. When we used the voucher on 9 July, we felt as if the restaurant manager treated us as cheapskate because we came with this voucher. Overall I am disappointed. The saving grace is the wonderful concierge Mr Fabien. He is definitely a double key concierge. He knows everything to do in Paris. He speaks very good English, excellent communication skills & very helpful to all guests. There is a female concierge who tried to deliver a bottle of wine which was already open & drank half to our room. We received a note & went to the concierge desk to ask her. My husband was very puzzled when she passed the wine to him so he did not take it. We found out later that she made a mistake, this bottle belonged to another guest. Lucky my husband has the good sense not to take it, otherwise I would have thrown it out & the hotel will receive complaint from another guest. Is this really Park Hyatt??
Worst service ever. Seriously. Just had lunch here. The service was so inept. But I tried to laugh it off. A more senior person at some point came over. I thanked her. Then the two junior waiters just flat out ignored me. I mean. Here ?
