Fabulous rooms. Friendly service, excellent breakfast. Beautiful linen plenty of towels. Dead quiet. Very safe very high security walls. Strict entrance controls. The Butler were excellent and helpful . Nice swimming pool and shaded gardens. The dining room is open to the gardens. Formally furnished with good quality furniture.
Beautiful venue however rather go to surrounding restaurant to eat The lunch supplied was definitely not up to scratch. Salty couscous and beef stew no salad option...Tasteless malva pudding with water custard. Terrible heart burn from the food Tip to the Chef: Lay of the salt and taste your food before serving it to guests
It was clean but rather small. The towels were worn and some even torn. The queen size bed was uncomfortable as it was 2 singles pushed together that easily separated and were uncomfortable. The staff however were very helpful and friendly.
Nice and calm. A place to return. Not giving 5.stars.just because of the steak I asked for dinner, wich was very hard to eat. Nice and kind reception by the workers, enjoyed the place with nature environment sorrounding the bedrooms. Wide, clean and comfortable bedrooms.
Great place, very spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is available 07:00-09:00, but i missed it. They have beautiful gardens.
It befits the name... Just the perfect balance of luxury and nature. The staff is polite. My only grievance would be towels...I am a towel freak please be sparing lol I would recommend it to the executive gentlemen.

Despite the rather ostentatious gates, this is a welcoming and conference stay. The gardens are lovely and offer a relaxing environment at which to stay. I highly recommend it.
Conference facilities are good with great support on hand. WiFi isnt the best especially with very poor reception at the venue. Good food and nice setting.
I absolutely love HOP! 10 out of 5 stars! We spent our wedding night there but plan to come back soon with our kids.
