I had my teeth fixed as an adult with Hugo Orthodontists, both my kids also had their braces treatments with Hugo and I can confidently say we now all have perfect teeth and million dollar smiles. I’ve also recommended Hugo Orthodontists to my friends and family and they are all happy with their treatments as well as results. Hugo uses the latest technology and you are made to understand the treatment process as everything is explained to you at all stages by the professional friendly staff. The facilities and technology keeps evolving which makes each encounter more delightful.
I haven't gotten the braces yet,but j can see so far its Great!Its clean, organized and uses a lot of technologyI'm just concerned about 1 thing..i was told to extract 8 teeth ,and they haven't grown in yet ,and I'm seeing dr hugo very soon .Im wondering will i still be getting the braces my next appointment...ortherwis Fantastic Work..‼Keep it up‼
Hugo Orthodontics, has been the absolute best, since day 1. Dr. Hugo is knowledgeable and highly skilled. My daughter has never been in better care than with Dr. Hugo and his team. I am always so impressed with their professionalism and customer service the clinical to the administrative staff. My daughter's teeth has vastly improved after following the treatment plan recommended to us. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you.

My daughter started her treatment here at Hugo's from July 2022. I must say, Dr Taunyane n Hugo, knows what they are doing. In 2 months we could already see the huge difference on my daughter's forefront teeth, everything was aligned already. My babygirl is a very sensitive girl who doesn't trust anyone but ever since she came here, her 1st appointment, she received a warm welcome and happy faces every where. Until today, she doesn't want to miss an appointment and she actually run to walk herself in. Big up to Dr Taunyane, Dr Hugo and staff. Keep up the good work also the cleanliness environment keep it up. Friendly staff, keep injecting them with that happy shots LOL we love it here. The best service ever!

I have never in my entire life been to a business more professional and efficient as Hugo Orthodontics. Firstly, the staff at reception were so friendly and helpful, I was welcomed to the "Hugo Family". I was then escorted upstairs to have pictures and X-rays taken. I was shown an area "Where beautiful smiles are made". The lady taking the photos and the X-rays were so pleasant I felt like I was in some other world. A lady by the name of Jane I think explained the entire process to me, answered all my questions and was just as amazing as the previous 3 ladies. The entire process is digitised and so simple. As soon as a signed in I received a note on mail, in case I required this for work. I have not met Hugo yet, but the operation he is running is like nothing I have EVER seen. I think Hugo should write a book on how to run a successful business. The staff were all so happy like they really wanted to be there. This was like the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory of Orthodontics. THANK YOU EVERYONE. Well done and Thanks to everyone at HUGO for making this experience so awesome.
