My family and I have been going to the Randburg Dental center for the last 30 years ….. and i will never go there again. The receptionists are rude and never make you feel welcome. You make an appointment after a year of not going to the dentist and they come with a bill that should of been submitted to the medical aid, no contact from them to tell you have an outstanding bill and then because you owe a bill the dentist doesn't come to see you, and people say they go into the medical field to help people! No they just want money! Goodbye Randburg Dental center you will go under soon!
Dr Bloom is by far the best tooth fixing human ever. he kept me calm, he's super friendly and really did a great job

Dr Bloom was absolutely amazing ! His experience and knowledge are just on another level. I had broken my tooth , and we couldn't do an extraction , but he made another plan to treat me and fix the issue. I was pain free during the procedure and afterwards. His fees are also very reasonable. If you go here , you should ask for Dr Bloom if you can.
Worst experience ever. Receptionists treated me with zero social skills and made me feel like I should not have set foot in the place. Their telephone manner is just as unwelcoming. Finance ladies at the back are delightful, though, but that is about all. I had a root abscess and was prescribed the minimum antibiotic to clear it up. Dentist was unavailable the following day and the receptionists made me feel like I had a cheek to phone and complain. Ended up having to go to my GP, who said the antibiotic wasn't nearly strong enough and prescribed nearly quadruple the dose. Will NOT return to have the root canal done. Dr Bloom is brilliant, but the dentist I was given was unfriendly and unhelpful.
Dr Rothstein has always been a blessing. My tooth extraction was comforting. Very considerate of the Human being he treats and such a comforting presence. The centre is just great, I'm very grateful, the accounts and reception ladies also are kind and helpful and compassion lives there. Healing starts with compassion and I am very happy with my treatments after all these years.
I needed an urgent extraction an hour before closing on a Friday and the staff at Randburg Dental Centre were so helpful and did not turn me away. Dr Rothstein was amazing. I did not feel anything and he was very pleasant throughout the procedure. It was my first time at this Centre and i will definitely be making Dr Rothstein our family dentist from now on.
DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!! My mother has not been to a dentist in over 15 years... She had a lot of reservations and fears, and has a massive phobia towards dentists. She finally got the courage to go, and Dr Franklin chased her out, and shouted at her because she was too nervous and told her to go somewhere else. Do you have any idea what this one man has taken from her? Her courage, her strength and an opportunity to look after herself for the first time in 15 years. Just absolutely heartbroken and gutted, and I don't know how he has a license to operate since he clearly is set out to destroy people
I went to do an extraction with Dr Rothstein of which I was charged R1300 on my medical aid and extra R370 but he left a small piece of the tooth. when I came back to have it removed completely, the white old lady was not nice at all in making the arrangements to see the doctor. I had to stay for like over an hour before I can be able to consult the doctor and on top of that she wasn't keen in asking the doctor of the he might be able to help so I can go back to work and come back when the doctor is ready. This lady was able to assist other clients that came after me instantly and was nice to her skin color clients and since I was the only black person she cared less. I had to ask her several times to speak to the doctor in order to know of whether I should go back to work or stay a little.
I've been seeing Dr Gordon at Randburg Dental Center since I started loosing my milk teeth, through childhood & adolescence and now as an adult. I've never feared or worried about going to the dentist because Dr Gordon is gentle, kind, attentive and always professional to the highest level. When I was 5, he came into the practice on New Year's day to fill in a front tooth that had been broken in festivities the night before. That level of service is always there with Randburg Dental Center and I'm so glad that Dr Gordon is still practicing!
