Hunt + Howlingmoon

I ordered a tent from them. First promised the tent a week later. After querying delivery they said it first had to be manufactured. Another 2 weeks passed still no tent. After many phone calls, emails etc. and 5 weeks going on 6 weeks, many excuses later the tent is delivered. Put the tent up, flysheet has oil marks on, sides cannot be zipped on due to incorrect manufacturing, front panel grease on and so the list continues even though they told me it has to go through QC before being sent. Now I have to wait as they have an order to be shipped internationally. Even though I think mine should receive priority as I have already been waiting so long. But I get the impression that because I am an individual I have to wait. No honest communication from them, even though they stipulate the total opposite on their website. Their products are good - if you manage to receive it and receive it in good time and condition.
