I think this is the most amazing intro I’ve ever had. I visited Bow Wow when I needed a daycare option for my Furbaby and they really made me feel comfortable about all the things! Liezlanimal behaviorist is very special and my small yet meaningful interactions were something to be remembered. I highly recommend Bow Wow - they truly do care
The best doggy day care around! The Bow Wow team are so kind, caring and genuinely love what they do, which is made so clear from the moment you walk in. It's a hassle free and quick drop off/collection and they're always excited to see Bailey. I also love that they send me photos when the dogs go on a walk, makes my day every time! Thanks to Katja, Ty, Michael and the rest of the awesome team at Bow Wow for always looking after Bailey so well. It's been amazing to see her confidence growth since she started going to Bow Wow. I couldn't recommend them more!
We have been with Bow-Wow Doggy Daycare for almost a year now, and we honestly have nothing bad to report or comment. The genuine love the staff has for all the dogs coming through their door, is not just amazing but encouraging. The staff really treat your dog as their own. The staff are also ready to give tips and advice when asked. Oh and let me not forget about the Adventure walks being offered, oh my goodness, I honestly believe that Frankie has explored and knows the Cape Town better than I do.. That's just the beginning of it, the pooches even parties, and sleepovers aren't boring. But checkout their socials for visual evidence of the fun being had at Bow-Wow.
Bow-wow and the team there are absolutely amazing, they actually care for your Fur babies and they truly love what they do. My Boi absolutely loves it there, He gets so excited when I tell him we going to school.
Katja and her team at Bow Wow are the best in the business and we could not be happier that we finally found a doggy day care that we trust. We have a very anxious dog around people but the team were very patient in gaining her trust and respecting that she is not a dog that will jump on their laps, but giving her love and care from a far. They are also more focused on the dogs, enrichment activities and professional carers than trying to be a “hip” doggy day care. The facilities are also clean and in good condition. Could not recommend them enough!
All-round absolutely amazing! The team and staff and so helpful and knowledgeable about so many different breeds and animal behaviors. The space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. Having access to the staff at any time of the day, is a great add! We can check in and get videos and photos when requested! My puppy runs to the car every morning when I ask her "do you want to go to school?" LOVE LOVE LOVE!
They take such great care of the dogs. We have a very anxious dog and she has come miles and miles thanks to the dedication and hard work of Katja and her team. Cannot express enough how lucky we were to find them. They adapt to each dog's personality and help them overcome their fears. Our lil pooch who couldn't be handled by anyone else has become so comfortable with them that she can even go for sleepovers without a hitch. They are just amazing.
Bow Wow is our doggos favourite place away from home. Every visit is welcomed with excitement and ends with great joy after a day of fun and activities. The staff are absolutely incredible from day care to sleepovers, giving us peace of mind if we are away. Couldn’t recommend Bow Wow enough!
Thank you Bowhaus for taking special care of my Shiba Inu puppy, Yoshiko. You've put all my fears to rest of leaving her with anybody else. She loved playing with Shanti and came home absolutely knackered. I found the facilities clean, spacious and secure with lots of gates to keep my pooch inside and I had no problem finding parking when collecting her- big plus in my book. I noticed that they do use the proper cleaning products F10 what your vet would use to clean the daycare. LOVED THIS! I have a Shiba Inu puppy and they are not for the feint hearted. She is currently in her screaming phase and Claire could give me solid advice about training. Thank you to Claire and Kenny for their caring nature and allowing my special fur-kid to just be herself. I will definitely bring her for a bath/ grooming before show as well.
My furbabies absolutely love their Bow-Wow doggy daycare. The staff at Bow-Wow are friendly and caring and really go the extra mile in considering your dog's individual needs. They recently opened a puppy play centre on the premises and our 8month old comes home a happy but exhausted boy. The adventure walks are also a huge hit with our almost 2yr old.
