Took a further Direct Debit even though I went through a 15 email long thread to cancel the account. Then forces you to process a request for refund document thereafter. So I have to fill out paperwork to get back money taken illegally from me. Talk about disappointing. Avoid if possible, be careful if you have no other choice.
The most reliable ISP I've used. I've never been happier with my connectivity and the response time from the support team is unrivalled. As a high end user, I highly recommend PCN. 3 years of service and not even looking at other options. Amazing work PCN. Keep it up!
Been waiting over an hour for my Internet to be restored due to nobody being in the accounts department. The support guys brushes me off and avoids answering my questions. I've been with these guys for more than a year now and clearly my business is not recognised on there side.I'll be searching for competent providers that offers service to clients and have staff available.
Sometimes when launching a new product or service, businesses invariably run into problems. Its how a company adapts and responds to those problems that shapes the companies success and client satisfaction. Issues were eventually resolved and amendments made, so thank you PCN for taking responsibility and changing my mind : EDIT: Getting a 2-10 MB line speed on the 100/100 MB Fibre. No credit offered for downtime. Extremely unhappy. If I was not locked into a contract I would have moved on. Avoid this ISP.
We have been using their service for about a year now the first 3 months it was fine but from there now the network has been so poor 59 Cecil Road Salt River. Now we are about 1 week with no Internet, each time the technicians come they don't solve the issue but only promise... We are tired of this and really time for us to change to another Internet provider company with better customer care services...
Horrendous experience with the salesman. The moment I questioned the quality of their home packages they tried to sell me a business package and sent a debit form. I told them I wasnt willing to pay that much, but they didnt offer alternatives nor details on the home package, refused an onsite survey and made no attempt to explain their SLAs. I can only imagine how they treat existing customers. I would stay well clear.

Nothing resolved. No refund / credit offered for downtime. Purely shifting the blame to Octotel. Yet I'm not paying Octotel.
