Terrible service are not even the word.. I dont know how those people can sleep at night my advice stay away. Sizwe Duma is the biggest crook with his sales manager please people be aware. No customer service....terrible group of people
Got my docs used to finance a car for someone else and the car I bought had issues when driving for a while it no longer wants to start. Asked them to change it to something else failed and whenever I went there they all ran away when they saw me. This made me hate the brand I do not wanna lie. I can't wait to get rid of the car and get something else.
Great and warm welcoming dealership their staff is great friendly and loving.
Worth car buying experience I have ever had. Once they get your Money they don't care about you and delivering on their promises - You have to go to the dealership and fight with them just to get anything done. I will never buy a car here again and I recommend that you never buy a car here.
It is a good place to buy a car. They have friendly staff especially Princes Nhlapho. If you need a king service go to them.

They are the worst, my niece a first time buyer bought a car from them which due to her lack of experience was due for service, had warnout tyres, the sales man sizwe keeps ignoring our calls, I don't think they even have a reception as when u dial their number just ring without an answer. Stay from that place people. UPDATE So after the whole trouble with this branch, I was referred to the lady by the name of Mandie, she was so helpful, she immediately asked that we bring the car back and she offered my niece a courtesy car to use while she attends to her car which was fair enough and after 2 to three weeks the car was fine. Thank you Mandie and please keep up the good work
It was easy to find the place. Do not walk around with your cell phone outside the premises.
Just horrible. Never knew who I dealing with from one moment to the next, they messed up the finance application by not doing an application form properly - I had to do it over three times, and that took a whole day of back-and-forth. Then they forgot to prep the car and collect it, so delivery was three hours late. Their phones don't work. I could hardly get to talk to the DP - and guess why; because she was "dealing with a very angry client". Then when I finally got the car, it was still sporting barcode labels on the mags - not cleaned. And they called me back to the dealership the next day to sign forms they had forgotten. And then they delayed settling my trade-in and so the payment for the old car went off at month-end. And now they are trying to avoid straitening that problem out. Mandie & most of her team didn't just drop the ball, they never had the ball! The only small spark of light was the finance person, Shantelle, who fought against the current to try & help. So I have a new car and bitter taste in my mouth. I'm so frustrated I'm spitted spiders!
Customer service is top notch. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Thank you Arthur, Shantal and Thuli for going an extra mile for me.
