My word. What an odd experience. I’m currently in the market for a new vehicle and Subaru Forester is in the top 5. Unfortunately due to pure lack of will from the Subaru Staff it is no longer on the list. I walked around the vehicle opening doors and boot and no one even greeted me to find out if I needed any assistance. If it weren’t for Covid-19 I doubt the lady in the screening station would have greeted me. Subaru Boksburg. Really poor effort and you will not see me again pity cause I actually thing the forester is good vehicle. The staff not so good.

Ordered parts on a Saturday to service my vehicle, because the don’t have stock of basics like oil and filters. Paid for the parts, if indication that I will be able to collect the following Saturday, just to be informed that the parts department is closed. I am not able to collect during the week. Rather use Subaru Johannesburg, as the personnel are friendly and they always have stock. Following the above-mentioned incident, I tried to order a set of halogen headlight assemblies from the dealership for my 2006 Forester XT. The salesman Keletso refused to sell them to me as the system indicated that I would be modifying the vehicle. This is of no concern to Subaru as the vehicle is fully paid, out of warranty and motor plan. I phoned Subaru Johannesburg, who assisted me without a VIN and had two units in stock. The lights are installed and working perfectly. I was opting to buy a new Forester from this dealership, but they will never see me again.
