Please be advised that I brought in my car for service today. After parking it for about 3 hours at home after the service I noticed my car battery was completely dead. I brought the car in with a fully functional battery bought just over a year ago. I did not have battery issues before the service. Now, I can barely switch on my car. I called in people from insurance to jump start it and it still shows depleted even after 30 minutes of charge. How is that even possible? I do not believe that my car battery would have been completely depleted to death merely because of a service done on it when it had no issues all along. No battery issues where reported to me even by your team but I stayed in for over 3 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. Please call me to arrange to send your Technicians to my house to resolve this matter ASAP. I need my car up and running first thing tomorrow morning.

Colinda, the service advisor, is the best. VW Lindsay Saker is very blessed to her on their team. Very consistent, very patient. Sweetest. The service is excellent and I'm not going anywhere else.

I bought Haval H 2 took delivery end April since then , there's a tyre warning light on dashboard that never goes off.I sent a message to Vincent 29/05 asking for his assistance he read and ignored my message did a follow up on the 2/06 He said he is waiting for Haval rep.Another follow up on the 9/06 and no response till today.

i bought a polo tsi 1.0 last year July and still to date i haven't received the spare key of the car, all i keep getting is excuses from the sales person JC about how they need to courier it, the one they have is not the correct one. no update until i follow up just to tell me lies.

If I could give negative star rating I would, they break more than they repair workshop, there's a specific lady who previously booked my vehicle wont name who outright refused to book my vehicle in again and made it seem like I do not have enough money to pay for my repairs and outright lied that there are no bookings available imagine chasing a client away after costing me an additional 18k worth of damage since my car left their workshop. My vehicle is at VW germiston, I have never smiled this much in my life and the invoice was settled with a smile because they fair, unbiased and provide the same treatment to everyone. You were warned!!

Brought my car in for a service on Saturday and later on that day my car started having problems. I took it back Monday Morning and it was fixed properly.
