Really good dealer when it comes to service special on VW cars that are out of service plans. They do a thorough job on the job insisted to be done. But they lack two things. Waiting area very blend with no tea or charging ports for those waiting for there vehicles to work and lastly the downfall for the less 1 star is. Cooked up stories of your vehicle needed more than what is required when it's in service. From brake pads to even your windscreen has chips they can fix and even wheel alignment for a car that is within spec and drives straight . If they want to upsale to customers they should do it the honest way thou...

I absolutely recommend them. We have taken our Tiguan here every year for a service and everytime is exceptional. It is always clean and they offer you Coffee and free WiFi while you wait to book your car in for a service,they offer transport to and from wherever you need to go while your car is being serviced and the car is clean and service done in a few hours. I take my hat off to Trevor Naidoo the manager as we recently came across a problem and he was more than willing to go the extra mile to help with our need and he didn't have to do so at all. The staff are all so helpful and friendly Thank you for a great experience always! We highly recommend them.

After coming from a bad experience with another VW dealer, my fiancé and I were lucky to come across this one! We were assisted by Raul Menezes who goes over and above whats expected. He kept us up to date on deal progress and worked his magic to get us the car. He even came to work on a Sunday so that we could collect the vehicle. Definitely a dealership and a sales professional worth supporting.

I will not recommend anyone to take their car for service at McDuling Motors VW , my car went in for it's 45 killos service , my brake pads was still in good condition , they called me to ask if they can change my brake pads I said I don't have cash now but will bring it in this was last week on the 19 January 2023 , the next day my brake pads it's making a noise I regret taking my car for service at McDuling Motors Service .

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! NOBODY ASSIST WITH PARTS, FAZEL DOES NOT HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY. i have been holding on since this morning & absolutely no response, its 14:40 in the afternoon. PATHETIC

Good customer service together with good quality works done to our cars.

I was treated like a King at McDuling Motors. When I arrived the service consultant was waiting for me. She noted what needed to be looked at in the car. They dealership picked up other faults on the car which were not reported & asked me if they can fix the fault. I was kept informed of what was being done on the vehicle and it didn't take long to get a call that the vehicle was ready for collection. I was dropped at work without having to wait for hours & I was picked up by from work to go collect my vehicle by a very friendly staff member who is very knowledgeable about VW brand and products. My car was fixed timeously and it was very clean at the time of collection. Thank you McDuling Motors and please keep the good work up. I am one happy customer

Outstandingly bad service. Shoddy job was done. Was told air filter was out of stock because of the war in Ukraine. Insane excuse!! Have to take the car back for service. Bonnet was not closed securely. I drove a fair distance with that. I walked away with a sick feeling. Bad franchise for a great brand!! I visited VW Mcdulings again; the service was excellent. My previous unfavorable experience was at odds with the fantastic service I got today. Thank you!!
