The most disgusting service I have ever received. "We have a clean car for you to look at'. I get finance approved after the usual process. I go to the dealership to collect and start picking up issues with the vehicle - the sales person responds to the fact that the car you are almost about to buy he has no real mechanical knowledge of. Then you get told someone will buy it anyway. He indicated that he would speak to Management to see what he can do. That was 3 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. Ettienne, your initial promises turned out to be disappointing and thanks for all the time I wasted in visiting the dealership and driving what was clearly an abused resprayed vehicle. Nicely edited pictures posted on cars. co. za completely misrepresent a vehicle I am glad is not in my garage today. The reputation of the dealership comes first I was told. No apology or explanation from Audi Centre East Rand Mall. I sincerely hope that other prospective buyers have better luck. No service ethic whatsoever.

Purchased a car from here thinking I could trust the quality as it was an Audi vehicle, from an Audi dealership. Later found out that the car was spray painted and had been repaired. This was not disclosed even though I asked these questions before purchasing. Lost a lot of value on my vehicle when I decided to sell it.

Always professional and friendly, I won't take my Audi anywhere else. Highly recommended.
