6 weeks ago we purchased 2 vehicles from JJ Rothman. He is honest, knowledgable and provides excellent customer service. The after purchase service is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dealership, in particular JJ Rothman as a Sales executive! if you enjoy great service and great after purchase service, this dealership really goes the extra mile.
Hubby bought our car in 2016, we service it there is and this time it was that time for minor service. I felt that the quote was too high and didn't want to take it elsewhere. I spoke to the advisors and still felt the discount wasn't much, escalated it to the service manager and he said I was given a fleet quote and won't do much but he made a difference. With all said and done, I'm always happy with their service and quite frankly if I'm not happy with something they check it out. Accessible and wheelchair friendly. Thanks again for the courtesy drive to work or home after dropping off car, that's convenient.

The service was okay, just didn't like the fact that I had to go get someone to come authorize my exit at the boom gate. If that can just be improved I'd be happy. Or have a security guard there because sometimes it's a matter of me dropping someone off, I don't need to get into the office to register so that I can exit the building.
Terrible time wasting salesman at this place. Will never refer anyone here. Imagine applying for a car and then they sell it not letting the applicant know before hand. Shame I hope not all Hyundai Branch are as terrible as this one. Sales person was feroz. Make sure not to use him to avoid disappointment

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in a while. Took my car in today, after I was referred to them by my dealership at Constantia as I started there. When I connect my Apple phone through the original cable they entire display goes blank. I went to the reception where cars are booked in and explained this to them, one guy I think his name is Zola took a couple of cables to rule out that my cable isn’t at fault and it yielded the same results, as we went to check in my car. He said he was coming back after ruling out all options to the car and chat to the service guys possibly checking it out before booking it in. I wait for almost 30 mins outside, this guy is nowhere to be found so I go in to check. I find everyone in a jolly mood which I have no problems with but it seems they forgot about me or whatever. The guy I had originally spoken to says he will have to book it in and check if their radio supplier can check. At this point I am annoyed because I voiced out that I waited for a good 30 mins outside and no apology followed. Fine he “checks” if they are open so we can book it in, then says he has a slot open on the 29th but he doesn’t know when it would be checked if they are closed. I ask him to check, takes his own sweet time and doesn’t revert back, so I walk out and ask one of the guys to open for me so I can leave, he was there when I asked for assistance. No asking why am I leaving if I was assisted, nothing. I swear they wanted me out of there faster than you can say I Decided to call Stridjom Park and they are happy to see me tomorrow. I am extremely annoyed to disappointed With the treatment received and I had serviced the car there in November. This is totally unacceptable and I felt like I was begging them to help me, I wonder what will Mr Niall Lynch the CEO say about this. Just a disaster.
Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle on a particular day & time with a saleswoman. Day arrives, no communication, I message her and she tells me she is calling back in 30 minutes... fast forward 10 hours later, I'm thinking God saved me after reading all the bad reviews about this branch... pathetic service and lack of care.
