During the pandemic I moved to the Northern Suburbs and I have endured poor service from reputable bike service companies that were quick to charge me for services and replacements that had been done atrociously! I finally came across Ike's place and his professional and friendly mannerisms cannot be matched with any other! He took pictures of my clutch and kept me informed EVERY step of the way thus providing me with knowledgeable insight regarding my bike. Well let's just say that this is the best service I have ever received from any bike dealer in my life so I was broken down and the side of the road and out of nowhere one of the guys that work there stopped to see if I needed help and of course I did need the help loaded my bike for me took me all the way home Did not charge me a cent anyway got the bike off loaded and I thought I would try getting it sorted out myself being knowledgeable with bikes but unfortunately I was not able to come right so I gave them a call before I even put the phone down someone was there to collect the bike from my place and within a few days I got a call saying that my baby was ready dropped it off no charge and she is running better than ever much appreciated to Ike and his team for the awesome service that I received and for helping a fellow biker stuck on the side of the road you guys will always get my business and I will most definitely recommend Ike's motorcycles to everyone I know that rides thanks IkeServices: Engine repair

Ike and Dolla are amazing at what they do. They are incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix any problems that i had with my bike. They are friendly and extremely fair with their pricing and i could not be happier with their services. I have Used Ike's Bikes for years to repair a good couple of Motorcycles and I will continue to use them always i could not recommend any Bike mechanics more Highly They are simply amazing!

firstly i wanna thank Ike's bike shop for all their hard work and effort in repairing my Bike that big boy in roodepoort messed up so bad not only did they give me second hand parts but put a crank shaft for a 150cc bike in to my bike. The first time i went to ike's his professionalism was outstanding from picking my bike up at 18:00 and working on it after hours so that i can get it back . I really think this bike shop should reach the top of the chamber loyal hard working dedicated people who you can trust at any time. Also Ike for working so hard on repairing my bike to be brand new i salute you and would recommend you above any other bike shop in Johannesburg please keep up the hard work .

The guys are good and definitely have the technical know how from old school to newer bikes. One thing that could be focused on is the admin side of things, example if you tell me that I can bring in my bike for repairs and when I arrive you tell me no there is no space in the workshop, is very unprofessional. The least that could be done is letting me know beforehand via phone call or whatsApp. Another thing to focus on also in the admin is having contact numbers for clients, I had to reintroduced myself every time I called to check on my bike. But well done boys, you guys brought my bike from the dead

My bike wouldn't start -- the starter button did nothing. I push-started -- Ike immediately solved the problem -- a burned out wire. I was out of there in 15 mins and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. He knows his stuff!
