Much to my disappointment, I have to re rate FireItUp from a 5 to a 1. My first purchase there 4 years ago was amazing at this point Fireitup was a kawasaki backed dealership, 2nd purchase however has been dismal. Quick to make a sale but the after sales service is nothing shy of useless. 4.5 months and counting to repair a broken fender that was part of the sales agreement - countless vistis, phone calls and emails and empty dates - its yet to be repaired. I would never ever again purchase a motorcycle here much less advise anyone too. Next time round I will most certainly use a dealership backed by the brand that I purchase.
Been going in and out of Fire it up for years even when they were by Monte and even if I'm just browsing around all the staff are helpful, always offer assistance, the areas are clean and plus great food, Bikes and coffee Fire it up will continue to have my support throughout the years 4 bikes bought through them and many more to go

Shopping around for a new motorcycle, thought this was the place to go to.. for that wow experience but got the meh experience. Didnt see much but was interested in a specific model. Had some questions about previous ownership etc and a cash deal as that model is slightly overpriced. Salesman said he'd speak to another that had purchased the bike and would get back to me. Asked for my details which I provided. Bikes still on the floor and nobody has called me. Gave an extra star because the salesman actually started it for and provided manuals and all service keys. Really dont understand, your bread and butter is sales and you could have had a sale if you called.Perhaps you dont want the hassle of dealing with someone that has the cash, actually knows their motorcycles and their value and prefer to upsell with advertising and clever slogans. Just another bikes store in a fancy building

Dream breakers! My two-wheeled friends! With great disappointment, I assure you that you will not be pleased with any purchase at this dealership. An age joke about how bad a dealership warrarty can be cannot describe how bad Fired it up warrants their "Promise to you"...great value for money additionally that promise also bumped the floor room price of your newly purchased motorcycle. I wanted to write about all the facts and incounters of my experience with this dealership. Rather, though I advise, just dont do it. Buy a motorcycle through a friend or family member that you trust.
Never answer phones, if they do answer they are of no help. They false advertise, they will advertise a bike for R100k for example then the invoice comes to 120k because they insist you take their warranty. But to get the warranty you meed to pay for a major service etc. They are clowns

Fire it up is the best bike shop in Johannesburg. It is the home of MV Augusta South Africa and well as Hero South Africa. It has new and used bikes for sale as well as a spares department and a service workshop
Came looking for a bike, but no one interested in asking me what I'm looking for...2nd time now, after the first time I thought perhaps they would have done better
