Impact Klerksdorp

I purchased a Mercedes Benz 270 cdi during July 2011. The aircon was loosing gas and I took it to several workshops in Klerksdorp. Nobody could found any leakage in the engine compartment. At one of the workshops I was told that it must be the evaporator behind the dashboard. Therefore they have to remove the dashboard at a cost of at least R6000 plus replacement costs for the evaporator. And advised at this workshop to decide if I am going to keep car long enough to make it worth this costs. A friend told me about a workshop in Orkney and they found a leakage on a valve, replaced the valve and regas it. It was operating but not as cold as it should. Someone told me during 2016 that Impac does Aircons also and I took it to them. They drained the whole system and regas it. Since then the aircon performed properly as it should be. During September 2018 it started blowing in hot air only. I then took it to Impac to look if it must be filled up with gas again. The founding was that there was enough gas in the system. They did a diagnostic test and found that the electronic valve on the heater was open and stuck. They reset a few settings and the aircon is since then till up to date still functioning as should be. Nice and cold. I CAN RECOMEND THIS GUYS because my experience with them were to my satisfaction everytime and at a very reasonable price.
